10+1 reasons to choose Odie’s
OUTSTANDING COVERAGE: A few drops of Odie’s go a long way. 1 small jar covers 25-30 m2. Use sparingly!
MONOCOAT SYSTEM: Why would you work on a surface 3-4 times if Odie’s ensures 100% protection in only 1 thin layer? Time is money.
FOOD SAFE: Odie’s Oil does not contain driers or toxic chemicals that evaporate for long-long years after application. Totally safe for everybody: kids, pets, environment!
VERSATILE PRODUCT: You can use Odie’s on wood, stone, concrete, clay, brick, metal, plastic, and leather surfaces.
STOP WOOD WARPING: Odie’s Oil is a proprietary blend of pure oils and waxes, born out of inspiration and a driving need to solve problems specific to the woodworker.
WATER REPELLENT SURFACE: Only one well-applied layer of Odie’s Oil, and the surface becomes so durable, that not even hot coffee or red wine can cause any problem.
UV PROTECTION: Sun cream for wood.
OUTDOOR: No need to buy different products for outdoor use, Odie’s oil is going to protect the surface even in the most variable weather conditions.
CUSTOM COLORS: With our powder pigments you can serve even the most extreme ideas of your customers. The sky is the limit!
BEST VALUE FOR MONEY!
+1: Awesome citrus-scented lotion for your Wife’s hand 😉
Like the oils, Odie’s wax is a great quality product. Massage this into the finish with some friction and heat, and it will penetrate and harden in the wood leaving a very nice and slick surface.

Application step by step:
Odie’s Wax as a topcoat
All Odie’s Wood Finishes can be top-coated with a coat of Odie’s Wax for extra sheen and extra protection!
For Added Sheen and Protection
Add a coat of Odie’s Wax after the initial application of Odie’s Oil or Odie’s Oxi Oil to increase sheen and protection. Add as many coats as desired.
A Layering Trick For an Even Higher Luster
Wait at least 24 hours for your application of Odie’s Wax to dry and add another light coat of Odie’s Oil or Odie’s Oxi Oil, but buff out this coat immediately (no set up time). This will give the piece a bright, high luster wet look! The purpose of this last, light coat of Oil is to level out the previous coat of Odie’s Wax.
Odie’s is easy to use! Wipe on, Wait a while, Buff off. Easy!

James shows you how to properly apply Odie’s rich, dense Hard Wax as a top coat to a previously finished tabletop. The process is simple and easy using only a white-pad, rag, plus the tried and true Odie’s application method.
